Purpose : ProSoft has designed to reward individuals who assist in building ProSoft’s business through quality referrals for consultants.
To be eligible for such a reward, a ProSoft employee must register their Referral of a candidate by submitting a completed Personal Referral Form to the Human Resources Department at headquarters prior to the time that any interviews are arranged or conducted by and between the Referral Candidate and ProSoft. Further, the individual making the referral must be actively employed with ProSoft (on the payroll) at the time the registration of the Referral Candidate is made.
The Human Resources Department will ensure that the Referral and any additional information are forwarded on to the Manager of Recruiting. Any Referrals received for a Candidate after an interview has been conducted may be disallowed.
When a Referral Candidate is hired. ProSoft will pay the referral reward based on the following criteria, but reserves the right to change the amounts, terms and conditions at any time:
If a Consultant is hired successfully the referred employee will be rewarded $500.00 within 30 days following the newly referred employee’s start date with ProSoft.
A grand prize drawing will be held each calendar year in December. Each person that made a successful referral for that calendar year will be included in the drawing. The lucky winner will receive a $2500.00 check in December.
The determination of who is eligible for a Referral Bonus is at the sole discretion of ProSoft management. If more than one employee provides the same referral, at ProSoft management’s sole discretion, the Bonus may be split among the employees.
Employees of the Human Resources and Recruiting Departments and employees at senior management level and above are not eligible for “Employee Referral Program”. All referral rewards are subject to applicable federal, state and local tax withholdings.
However employees attached to Human Resources, sales and marketing including senior management will be eligible for a separate plan called “Recruitment Bonus plan” designed to encourage hiring of qualified local people.

Who is Eligible to Participate?
All existing employees and ex-employees of ProSoft Technology Group can participate in the Employee Referral Program. Third party referrals outside the ProSoft organization are also welcome.
What position is bonus eligible?
All the positions that are advertised on our website www.prosoftgroup.com or those jobs communicated by the Talent Acquisition Manager through the Recruitment Tracking System (ZONIAC) or through e-mail campaigns are eligible for referral bonus.
What is the referral amount?
For all the employees in the US the bonus amount is $1,500 per referral and all the employees of Indian Operations the bonus amount is Rs 20,000 INR per referral.
When will you get paid?
You will receive your bonus when the newly hired joins ProSoft payroll and works for 30 consecutive working days on a project.
